FOURward with FOURmats and visual FOURsights

A total of 52 storeys in towers T2 and T3 provide space for 530 residential units. The asymmetrical shape of the towers means that no two floors are the same. In addition, the residential units are offered in different sizes. These two variables result in 250 different apartment typologies, for which we have developed corresponding floor plans. Also included in this package: a complete style guide for the various finishes, for which we have defined materials, products and surfaces. As a further service, we have developed individual floor plans and a room programme specifically for clients who want to combine apartments.

We designed a marketing suite to bring the homes to life for prospective buyers. From 2020 to 2023, it also served as an attractive meeting place for business partners. In a building with a direct view of the construction site, you could ‘feel’ the different furnishing options on large material tables and walk through your own apartment in a VR environment – including a virtual tour.

The show flat we designed was completed in the summer of 2024. It shows all typical living areas and situations. With its characteristic materials and furnishings, it evokes a ‘want to have’ feeling and inspires potential buyers to create their own dream home – right in FOUR. The apartment has been professionally photographed so that it can be experienced not only on site. Thanks to our styling, you wouldn’t know from the photos that no one lives here (yet).

In towers T2 and T3, we designed the central lobbies, lift lobbies and corridors. The lobbies are very different in terms of materials and design, so that each tower presents its own characteristic identity to visitors. The material and design concept also presented the challenge of finding a common language for the very different tastes of the users. High quality renderings of these areas were therefore an integral part of the marketing package for the sale of the residential units.

The 'prime' apartments are located on the top floor of the 120-metre T3 tower. They are aimed at an exclusive group of buyers for whom a special package has been put together. With the help of different floor plans, high-quality mood and material boards and 3D models, we first visualised what special luxury in FOUR could look like (Renderings: Tend).

A 400 sq ft apartment on the 28th floor of T3 is the first ‘super prime’ apartment we are currently planning.
