In SinoBay, nature is not a backdrop, but the defining presence. The mountains behind the residence lend a sense of grounding and calm, while expansive sea views open the interiors outward, inviting light, perspective and a sense of release.
In close collaboration with the architects, openings were maximised to fully capture this duality. From the L-shaped balcony, a 270-degree panorama unfolds, dissolving the boundary between interior and landscape. Each principal room is oriented toward the water, maintaining a continuous connection to the horizon.
