Our approach to work environments has led to lasting relationships with manufacturers in the contract sector. Among the longest-standing is Brunner, which began in 2010 with a stand at Orgatec. Many fairs later, our PARA VERT design has joined the manufacturer’s product portfolio. And since last year, a jointly developed design system can assess and optimise the colours and materials of every product for compatibility. This year’s Brunner stand, under the banner welcome. beyond work., turns to hospitality and the way it blends with work culture.
For the first time, we are designing a stand for Slalom Acoustic. We’re delighted to build the concept around their iconic acoustic materials with their signature geometric design and expressive palette. The theme is resonance, right down to the vinyl spinning on the DJ desk.
This year’s fair also features a wide-ranging discussion of work at the Wherever Whenever festival, with Peter Ippolito kicking off proceedings on Tuesday with his own take on the subject. His talk, ‘Spaces of Possibility: Creating Places Where Culture Becomes Visible’ begins at 4 pm on the Next Stage.
Landscape of Resonance
Slalom Acoustic: Hall 8.1, E-031
‘Landscape of Resonance’ explores the relationship between sound, material and human interaction through a spatial experience drawn from different resonance phenomena. As with the physical phenomenon of resonance, it is a matter of vibration and finely calibrated energy; an energy that carries out to visitors and draws them in to explore and engage.
“With the stand designed for Slalom by Ippolito Fleitz Group, visitors get to the heart of what Slalom does with sound absorption and acoustics, and of how it loves to work in synergy with architecture to shape the acoustics of spaces.” Elettra de Pellegrin, CEO and founder of Slalom
Welcome. Beyond Work
Brunner: Hall 8.1, E-021
Work is changing, and so are the places where it happens. At Orgatec 2026, we showcase workspaces defined by hospitality, community and a distinct atmosphere. At welcome. beyond work., rooms become hosts and collaboration becomes an experience. Paper room dividers shape the stand: easy to assemble, flat-folding for transport and reusable.

Spaces of Possibility
Talk by Peter Ippolito
27 October 2026 | 4 pm | Hall 6, Next Stage | ‘Empowered Experience’ track
Workplaces are more than an arrangement of objects in space. They form a framework for relationships, one in which a company, with its particular leadership, structure, vision and identity, becomes spatially visible. Community only emerges when space and culture are interwoven.
For us, today’s office is a spectrum of possibilities, each opening up new freedoms. Today’s office does not dictate how work is done. It enables autonomy, for collegial collaboration as much as for concentration.
In his talk, Peter shows how to shape settings for interaction, communication and innovation that foster a sense of belonging.
