Yesterday, the NWX 23 conference delved into the exploration of what defines New Work. Peter Ippolito held a master class at the event and provided insights into our stance on this topic. One crucial aspect discussed was the importance of implementing change management within companies, which we exemplarily demonstrated with our client Beiersdorf through our collaborative project, the ‘Beiersdorf Campus’. Also at the event were our design director, Tim Leßmann, and our Studio Director, Christian Kirschenmann, both of whom are part of our workplace team. All of them had very interesting encounters and enjoyed the valuable input and creative atmosphere.
