On Saturday, we eagerly anticipate an exciting event – the grand opening of the hansgrohe InnovationParc in Shanghai. It is the company's first overseas innovation center, a project we were privileged to be invited to design. Nestled along the banks of the Huangpu River, the InnovationParc spans three floors and is infused with the captivating theme of ‘the journey of water’. There, customers will have the opportunity to delve deep into Hansgrohe’s legacy, defined by an inspirational commitment to water and its endless possibilities.
The first floor is themed as the ‘Water Forest’ inviting visitors to explore the origins of Hansgrohe’s products. The initial section of the second floor, known as the ‘Water Lab’, offers consumers the opportunity to an immersive shower experience while enjoying the company’s latest products. The other side of the second floor houses the Research & Development office and lab, where innovative products are conceived. The third floor, named ‘Water Fall’, is a versatile space designed to accommodate salon events and industry summits. Additionally, it serves as a platform to foster co-creation among partners from various categories in the future.

During the opening, Peter Ippolito will deliver a talk, discussing the location and design concepts of the InnoParc. Other speakers at the event are Mr. Hans Juergen Kalmbach, Chairman of the Executive Board, and Mr. Thomas S., Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Hansgrohe Group, along with other company representatives.
