Last Saturday, Peter Ippolito of Ippolito Fleitz Group gave an inspiring presentation on "Working forward - Hard facts, soft skills" as part of the Future of Work Academy at Ambiente Fair 2023 in Frankfurt. He talked about how the pandemic has revitalizing our understanding of knowledge work, has stimulated discussions and highlighted opportunities. The key message was that the office is not just a place to work. Designing today's work environments means creating places with strong identities that change with processes. And which also allow a company's values and goals to be experienced and their users to take center stage.
