The commission they gave us fitted perfectly with our aim to develop a clear and pertinent identity using interdisciplinary means. In parallel to developing a new communicative identity, we also designed and implemented a complete interior architecture concept.

The new Stadtapotheke Kornwestheim logo echoes the original 1950s font on the building’s façade. The font is now somewhat bolder than in the original design and the words are underscored, giving the wordmark an independent expression. At the same time the – Doing good. Since 1912. – claim connects a 100 year-old tradition with how a modern pharmacy should look and feel today.
Oversized flower motifs in the style of historical copperplate engravings, coupled with a fresh palette of colours characterise the visual identity in the communication and the interior.

Besides offering competent medical advice, a pharmacy also has a human and social itinerary. The best medicine can at times be a few comforting words, enough time to ask questions, a smile or an explanatory consultation. And this is exactly what you will find at the Stadtapotheke Kornwestheim. Without a prescription. And with many pleasant side effects.
An individual, understanding and energetic discussion with the customer is an integral part of the Stadtapotheke’s attitude and special character. In this way the pharmacy impresses and lives its identity, prevailing against the competition and offering something differentiating and memorable that goes far beyond the usual pharmacy products and services.
