Project Director (f/m/d)

We are identity architects.
As one of the world's leading interdisciplinary architecture, design and communication studios, this is what shapes the way we think and work. Our approach is analytical, conceptual, solution-oriented and formative. And always exciting, open-minded, curious and impassioned. All this helps us design unmistakable identities with relevance.

Seeking a Senior (Interior) Architect (m/f/d) to begin immediately as Project Director in our Stuttgart workspace studio.

Our Stuttgart workspace studio is where we design work environments: for DAX-listed companies, SMEs and creative agencies. We design using Sketchup, Enscape and 3DSMax, we plan using Vectorworks, and we communicate in German and English. You have already gathered quite a bit of experience as an (interior) architect. You have managed projects and teams independently and with success. In addition to this, we imagine you to be something like this:

You are a workspace enthusiast.
As project director, you keep the big picture in mind, and are responsible for the strategic orientation of multiple workspace projects. You manage these with an eye on profitability, and plan internal processes in close coordination with our project managers. You present our designs to our clients with confidence, and remain in contact with them as their organised and experienced contact person.

You want to change things.
You want to shape the future of the working world. As the head of dedicated teams, you look for outstanding design solutions that really understand what moves users. You support your teams with your technical and practical know-how, but also with your experience in client communication and your knowledge of the different procedures and decision-making processes in companies. You can manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at the same time, while remaining focused on a successful outcome at all times.

You get involved.
Weekly jour fixe, discussions and analysis of ideas and projects in our team-internal ‘Let’s talk about workspace’, and an active studio life: You like the idea of living the global cohesion of an international team. In doing so, you take on the role of sparring partner and coach for your team members. You quickly find your way into our work processes and, thanks to the experience you bring, you are able to identify potential for further optimisation.

Then it’s you we want!
We offer long-term perspectives in an organically growing design studio, which is firmly at the top of its field internationally. A company pension scheme, compensatory time-off and flexible holiday planning are just as much a matter of course with us as regular team events and trade fair visits. The working atmosphere in our studio thrives on cohesion and mutual support. Remote working is also possible with us – the nature and scope of which can be determined jointly.
